Strong development in the Danish economy has resulted growth in jobs and a cut in unemployment. As a result, Denmark needs more overseas manpower. About 2.9 million of Danish residents are in the labor market and unemployment rate in Denmark is just 2.3%.
According to World Bank Group, Denmark has the most elastic labor market in Europe. The living standards of Denmark are above average to other European countries and high amount of free trade. Denmark’s GDP is higher than most of the other European countries and 15-20 per cent higher than that of the United States.
Denmark is one of the most spirited economies in the world according to World Economic Forum report 2008. Denmark's national currency, the Krone, is in reality linked to the Euro through exchange rate mechanism. The exchange rate is very stable at just about 7.45 Krone per Euro.
Denmark is home to a lot of multi-national companies, for instance, CSC, Dell, Microsoft and Nokia have placed huge global business centers in Copenhagen (The capital of Denmark).

sujith.. I wonder why did you leave Canada and now trying for Denmark.. Denmark is a small country and cant provide you opportunities like Canada. Moreover there are again no possibilities to move elsewhere in Europe unless you are a citizen which would be another lengthy process.
Guyz am still waiting for some to respond to my post.
i would really appreciate if any one could answer my queries regarding the time line of the process and if any
and will i b eligible for the green card scheme and do i get 100 points for the details that i had provided in my earlier post
regards,

Dear sujith p,
why dont you think for canada immigration??
Dear Comrade ,
First of all am neither permanent resident of canada nor citizen.
on top of it past few months if you see the unemployment growth over there in north america its quite a disaster . I had a oppurtunity to study and work for few years and i belive which i did successfully
In canada market was really going down when i left i was working at both nortel and convergys its not there anymore bankrupt and they had shutdown nortel since i was there for more than 7 + years may b jobz weren't permanent and trust me never had fat pay checks ...they dont pay u much and at ibm dont ask me ...and on top of it taxes were worse ...am not telling totally it ain't cool ...since am looking for longterm and permanent settlement and have done my research on denmark job oppurtunities and life over there in Denmark
Regards
Sujith
